Breakfast Waiter / Waitress

Moyvalley Hotel & Golf Resort is currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Breakfast Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service during breakfast.
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, service stations, tables, cutlery and crockery.
- Take tea, coffee and hot breakfast orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Assist guests with menu choices, dietary requirements and allergen information.
- Clear and reset tables promptly while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure buffet items are replenished and presented to the highest standard.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
- Follow HACCP, food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional guest care.
- Work effectively as part of a team while also using initiative and working independently when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices is an advantage.
