Job Summary:
We are currently seeking experienced Excavator Drivers and Groundworkers to join our team for upcoming and ongoing residential projects based in Tipperary. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in site works, trenching, ducting, and concrete work, and must hold the necessary qualifications and safety training.
You will be joining a team working on exciting and varied residential projects throughout the Tipperary area. These roles are full-time and offer long-term career opportunities with a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently in line with project requirements (Excavator Drivers).
- Carry out groundworks including ducting, drainage, concrete works, and general site preparation (Groundworkers).
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and work collaboratively with the wider site team.
- Adhere to health and safety standards and company policies at all times.
- Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.
- Support with general labouring and site duties as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role on civil or construction projects.
- Valid tickets for relevant plant/machinery (e.g., CSCS, Safe Pass, Manual Handling).
- Strong understanding of site safety procedures.
Ability to work as part of a team with a proactive and reliable attitude.
