We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator and Assistant Credit Controller to join our team on a Full time basis . This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within the payroll function. This role will be based in our head office in Kilmuckridge, Gorey, Co. Wexford.
Role overview
This role is critical in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies. There is also some Credit\Cash Control duties in the position
What you will be doing?
- Prepare and process payroll on a weekly basis with a high degree of accuracy using Micropay Payroll
- Maintain and update payroll records, including new starters, leavers, and employee changes
- Assist in maintaining and improving payroll processes and systems
- Assist with Credit Control across a number of our business
Is this the job for me?
- 2 - 3 years' payroll experience in a similar role or payroll/accounts
- Proficiency with payroll and accounting systems along with strong Excel skills.
- Good understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive and solution-focused approach
Pay: €27,000.00-€44,532.43 per year
