We are a highly experienced Global Sourcing Specialists in Industrial Supplies. We currently deal with numerous high profile multi nationals delivering a specialist service which requires an exceptional admin team in head office to support our experts on site.
We are currently recruiting an inventory technician to work on our client site Kilkenny. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the site lead. Working hours will be from 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Role/Responsibilities
- Receiving goods inwards
- Stock/Cycle Counting
- Deliver the day-to-day operations of the Stores
- Deliver the agreed metrics to support the benchmarking of site
- Carry out customer/site specific requests in line with contractual agreement
- Other ad hoc duties
Candidate Profile
- Operating knowledge of, SAP, Ariba, Maximo, M3 etc an advantage but not essential
- Fully Computer Literate with good attention to detail - knowledge of MS software packages (Excel, Word) would be an advantage
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
- Fluency in English an essential
- Adaptable and Flexible Approach with a can-do attitude and an ability and willingness to learn
- Confident in dealing with Clients and vendors
- Ability to handle engineering queries from the engineers
- Knowledge of engineering parts an advantage
Pay: €34,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
