DoMa (Dona Maria Limited) is a gourmet wood-fired pizza kitchen in Blackpool, Cork. We are seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team and work alongside our Head Chef producing our signature gourmet pizza range.
Key responsibilities:
- Hand-stretching and preparing pizza dough to our specification
- Preparing gourmet toppings and ingredients to a high standard
- Assembling pizzas in line with DoMa's recipes and presentation standards
- Operating and baking in our specialised pizza oven using our established techniques
- Maintaining kitchen hygiene, food safety and HACCP standards
- Managing prep and stock during service to ensure consistency and speed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pizza chef or in a comparable skilled kitchen role
- Demonstrated skill in artisan/gourmet pizza preparation and oven techniques
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Ability to work efficiently during busy evening service
- Available to work evenings and weekends (peak trading days Thursday to Saturday)
Salary: €36,605 per year (based on a 39-hour week).
Pay: €36,605.00 per year
