We catering company, providing freshly-made sandwiches daily to cafes around Dublin. We pride ourselves on the quality of our ingredients and the standard of our sandwiches.
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable staff member to prepare sandwiches, on a part time basis.
. The ideal candidate for this job would have experience in food preparation and HACCP level one certification.
Requirements:
-Food preparation or chef experience
-Strong attention to detail
-Methodical way of working, ensuring the correct products are prepared and packaged for each cafe
-Excellent hygeine standards and hand washing
-Excellent communication skills
-Stock taking
-Record keeping in line with HSE and HACCP standards
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From €14.15 per hour
Experience:
- HACCP: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
