Part-Time Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Aesthetic Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis at our clinic.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of aesthetic treatments within a medical setting, providing exceptional patient care and ensuring outstanding results. You will play a key role in creating a trusted, high-quality patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, discussing treatment options, benefits, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatments in accordance with established medical protocols.
- Perform a range of aesthetic procedures, including:
- Anti-wrinkle injections (Botox)
- Dermal fillers
- Skin boosters
- Other advanced aesthetic treatments
- Carry out post-treatment reviews and follow-up appointments as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, techniques, and treatments.
- Participate in professional training and continuous development opportunities.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient safety, care, and clinical best practice at all times.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience and contribute to high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance services and improve patient outcomes.
- Support patients in achieving their aesthetic goals and increased confidence.
- Represent the clinic at events, presentations, and treatment demonstrations.
- Be willing to participate in marketing initiatives, including educational and promotional content for the clinic’s social media platforms.
Essential Requirements
- Registered healthcare professional with a valid and active professional registration (IDC / IMC)
- Qualified in aesthetic medicine with experience in injectable treatments, including anti-wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers.
- Strong understanding of medical protocols, patient assessment, and clinical governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively as part of a team.
