Job Summary:
The Concierge plays a key role in curating memorable, personalised guest experiences at The Grace Westport Estate. Acting as a trusted point of contact, this role supports guests before arrival, throughout their stay, and at departure by delivering tailored recommendations, itinerary planning, and seamless coordination of services. With a strong service mindset and in-depth local knowledge, the Concierge enhances the guest journey while upholding the estate's standards of warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities

Provide a genuine, warm, and professional welcome to all guests, visitors, and vendors.

Deliver personalised itinerary planning, including booking excursions, dining reservations, transportation, and local experiences.

Offer informed recommendations on local attractions, dining, entertainment, and estate facilities based on guest preferences.

Anticipate guest needs proactively and resolve requests with efficiency and care.

Assist guests with luggage during arrivals and departures as required.

Manage incoming telephone calls, emails, and guest requests, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.

Maintain an organised, polished, and guest-ready concierge area at all times.

Handle administrative tasks including mail distribution, courier coordination, and delivery management.

Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, bookings, and service requests.

Promote hotel services, upsell room categories, and cross-sell Westport Estate facilities and experiences.

Demonstrate full knowledge of front office service standards, SOPs, and performance expectations.

Follow shift checklists to ensure consistency in service delivery and operational readiness.

Take ownership of personal development through training participation and standards adherence.

Collaborate closely with Front Office, Accommodation, Food & Beverage, and external partners to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support the broader operation.
