We're looking for a reliable and motivated Production Assistant to join our growing production team at our roastery in Cork
The Role
As a Production Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring our coffee is roasted, packed and dispatched efficiently while maintaining the high quality standards that Velo is known for.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with coffee packing and production operations.
- Prepare and pack customer orders accurately.
- Keep production lines supplied and operating efficiently.
- Receive, check and store incoming deliveries.
- Prepare outgoing orders for dispatch.
- Maintain stock rotation and warehouse organisation.
- Carry out general housekeeping duties within the production and warehouse areas.
- Inspect equipment (where trained) and report maintenance issues.
- Follow food safety and quality procedures at all times.
- Work safely while following all company health and safety procedures.
- Support colleagues across production, warehouse and fulfilment as required.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00-€33,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Manual Handling Certificate (preferred)

- Forklift licence (preferred)
