Office Administrator (3 or 4 Days per Week) - Maternity Leave Cover
Location: Cork City
Contract: 12-Month Maternity Leave Cover
Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
Salary: €35,000 - €37,000 pro rata (based on a 5-day week equivalent)
Our client is based in Cork, who provides professional property services across a diverse portfolio are seeking an organised and proactive Office administrator to join their team on a maternity leave cover contract.
This role offers flexibility with either a 3-day or 4-day working week and provides an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy and professional office environment.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the wider team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. A comprehensive handover will be provided by the current administrator before the commencement of maternity leave.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing files and project records through Salesforce
- Adding and updating jobs within the company database
- Processing incoming and outgoing invoices
- General administration and document management
- Preparing property-related documentation
- Processing expense claims
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and records
- Assisting with occasional travel arrangements
- Handling a limited number of incoming phone calls
About You
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys supporting a busy team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a professional manner
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Pay: €35,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
