We’re looking for a motivated and upbeat Barista / All-Rounder to join our café team! You’ll be making quality coffees and teas, serving customers, helping with food prep, and keeping the café running smoothly. If you're friendly, fast on your feet, and love working with people — this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, teas, and other drinks to a high standard
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service at the counter and tables
- Assist with food prep (breakfast and lunch items) and general kitchen duties
- Keep the café clean, organised, and well-stocked
- Support the team wherever needed — front or back of house
Requirements:
- Barista or cafe experience
- Great attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills
- Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Flexibility
