Oikos is looking for a experienced Cabinet Maker / Workshop Joiner to join our team making high-end custom cabinets and fitted joinery in South Dublin.
We are looking for a permanent, full time candidate with a minimum of 7 years experience.
The role suits someone who has a keen eye for detail, takes pride in their work, is able to plan their approach to a job and troubleshoot any issues if they arise.

Candidates should be comfortable reading and understating drawings and using workshop machinery, including panel saws, planer/jointer, spindle moulder & edgebander.
Experience with CNC machines or Autocad very advantageous.
Own tools and transport preferred
Fluent written & spoken English required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read & understand printed drawings
- Generate cutting lists from shop drawings
- Machine solid timber & sheet materials
- Assemble cabinets & furniture
- Communicate clearly with management, site & other workshop staff
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Maintain a professional & friendly attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience manufacturing kitchens and bespoke joinery
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Own tools required
- Manual handling & Safe Pass
- Ability to use AutoCAD an advantage
Pay & hours:
- Salary: From €54,000 per year
- Hours: 8-hour working day
- Full-time permanent role with pension
