Work initially to produce baked goods including authentic sourdough bread, enriched doughs, classic french breads, croissants, cakes, tarts, cookies etc. The hours available are for morning to afternoon and afternoon to evening hours four to five days Monday to Friday.
Duties include, weighting out ingredients, mixing of doughs, proper handling the ingredients, shaping and baking of Sourdough Breads, baguettes, ciabatta, sandwich loaves and many other baked products to high quality standards and with a high level of attention to detail. Helping to and baking breads, cleaning down of equipment after use, filling out of quality control docs, HACCP documentation and monitoring documents.
