We are recruiting:
General Operatives - Production, Crisping House (Crisp Factory).
Please note: Full training will be provided.
This role involves working on the production line, carrying out product quality checks, packing products, and preparing orders for distribution. As part of a team, you will use your practical skills to work efficiently, accurately, and with excellent attention to detail.
Location
As we are currently establishing a new production facility, this role will be based in either Oldtown, Co. Dublin, or St. Margaret's, Swords, Co. Dublin. Initial training will be provided in Oldtown, Co. Dublin.
Working Hours:
The Crisp Factory operates on a 3 days on, 4 days off roster, with full-time hours worked across three days.
Key Areas of The Role:
- Working on the production lines, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Setting up machines and bagging product.
- Rejecting out-of-specification product.
- Ensuring conformance to specifications.
- Reporting and addressing issues of quality and safety.
- Adhering to HACCP and Health and safety practices at all times.
- Ensuring the workstation is kept in excellent order with regards to housekeeping.
- Using lifting equipment, pallet trucks and/ forklift trucks (not all roles).
- General Factory duties.
Essential Requirements:
- Manual work experience.
- Own transport as no public transport available in the area.
- Good team work skills.
- Good Communication Skills.
