We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Attic Insulation Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing attic insulation and flooring solutions in properties, helping owners improve energy efficiency while creating safe and practical additional storage space.
Previous experience in insulation, carpentry and general construction would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Install attic insulation in properties to improve energy efficiency .
- Install attic flooring to provide homeowners with safe and practical additional storage space.
- Construct and install walkways to provide safe and easy access to water tanks and other areas within the attic.
- Carry out all work to a high standard and in accordance with SEAI requirements and standards.
- Complete inspections to ensure work meets company and customer expectations.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Work professionally and respectfully in customers' homes.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used safely and correctly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in attic insulation, construction, carpentry, or a similar hands-on role is desirable.
- Experience using basic hand and power tools.
- Good practical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in attic spaces.
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification are essential.
- Full, clean driving licence is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
