- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services

Experience operating as an individual contributor within a global HR function, with strong cross-regional collaboration

Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and work effectively across distributed teams

Strong operational and process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and consistency

Experience working across EMEA, U.S., and/or APJ regions preferred

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
