About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Baristas / All-Rounders to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a lively environment and takes pride in both customer service and food & beverage preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Make açai bowls and assist with light food preparation
- Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service
- Operate POS and handle customer transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Support team members across all areas of the shop as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working under pressure during busy periods
- Team player with a proactive, can-do mindset
- Barista experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
- Food preparation experience is a plus
Availability
- Full-time positions available, with weekend availability. Not suitable for a person in college or school etc.
