Chef / Sous Chef
We’re looking for an experienced chef to help run a small kitchen and cook from an existing menu. You’ll be working closely with the owner, who oversees the food and operations. Your main job is to cook well, keep flavours consistent, and make sure dishes go out on time and looking great.
What you’ll do:
- Cook and plate dishes from our set menu
- Follow existing recipes and keep flavours consistent
- Help with prep and service during shifts
- Keep your station and the kitchen clean and organised
- Let us know when stock is low or prep is needed
- Support and guide other team members if needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- do the ordering at the end of each day
- there is opportunity to try out dishes and create specials
What we’re after:
- Solid experience in a commercial kitchen
- Strong cooking skills and good flavour knowledge
- Reliable, consistent, and organised
- Works well with direction and as part of a small team
- Good attention to detail and presentation
- A full EU Working Visa allowing you to work full time hours in Ireland.
