Pardgroup, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is looking for a new Jr Project Manager to join its Project Management Team in the Dublin Office.
Reporting to the Head of Projects, the new colleague will carry out the following activities:

End-to-end project ownership delivery including all aspects of assigned client portfolios, including tendering, project delivery, and account management;

Coordination and supervision support for retail fit-out projects;

Management of the full workflow of assigned projects, from gathering the client brief to supporting the development of technical drawings and site follow-ups;

Preparation of bills of quantities, cost analysis, and assisting in the preparation of client offers;

Monitoring project progress against deadlines, budget, and quality standards, escalating any issues where needed;

Supporting the evaluation of suppliers, materials, and subcontractors;
-
Assisting in the verification of compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

At least 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within architectural, retail, fit-out, or interior design environments;

Ability to support multiple projects, clients, and sites at different stages of delivery;
-
Proficiency in O365, knowledge of architectural and design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is desirable;

Basic understanding or interest in production techniques, materials, and finishes for retail, pop-ups, events, or exhibitions;

Strong communication skills, collaborative attitude, with good interpersonal and organisational abilities.

Willingness to travel if required;
Nice to have:
Knowledge of a second language is considered a plus.
