Your Team
You will be an integral part of the Aftersales Team closely working with both Service and Parts personnel and directly reporting into the Aftersales Manger.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain vehicles in accordance with manufacture instructions and guidelines
- Ability to diagnose, test and repair faults
- Follow company guidance on all health and safety matters
- Support the development of apprentices through on-the-job coaching
- Work closely with the Service and Parts department to communicate additional parts, vehicle repair status etc.
- Perform vehicle and hybrid battery health checks in line with guidelines
- Participate in the Toyota Training Programme
- Technical write-ups for retail and warranty work
Skills and Experience
- Qualified Toyota Technician with 2+ years’ experience
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
Qualifications & Requirements
- National apprentice qualification or equivalent
- Full, valid, clean driving licence
- Knowledge and awareness of workshop health and safety practices
