Job Title: Seasonal Entertainment Staff Member
Employment Type: This role is a seasonal role for July & August with the possibility for extension into winter months.
Position Summary
We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our entertainment team. Entertainment Staff Members help create memorable guest experiences through, character interactions, live shows, crowd engagement, and event support throughout the park for our summer events along with our winter seasonal events of Halloween & Christmas. This role requires enthusiasm, professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to maintain a fun and safe environment for guests of all ages.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform as assigned in character appearances, or interactive entertainment activities, show assistance & more
- Assist with event setup, crowd management, and guest flow during performances and attractions
- Maintain costume and appearance standards where applicable
- Provide accurate information about park attractions, schedules, and services
- Ensure guest safety by following park policies and emergency procedures
- Support daily entertainment operations and work collaboratively with team members and team leaders
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and enjoyable atmosphere for all visitors
- Handle guest questions and concerns courteously and efficiently
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Team-oriented with strong reliability and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, or perform for extended periods
- Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage but not essential
Preferred Skills
- Performance, acting, or public speaking experience
- Experience working with children or large groups
- Confidence using microphones or performing in front of audiences
