The Role
Based in Wicklow Town, this is a dynamic and exciting role for a newly qualified accountant or an accountant in training currently, with a potential for progression. The successful candidate will be provided with a full training programme. This is also a great opportunity to develop an accounting skillset specific to the motor industry that will prove highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage, control and reconcile Purchase Ledger Function.
· Manage, control and reconcile Sales Ledger Function.
· Post and Reconcile Bank function.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date General Ledger
· Maintain Balance Sheet Reconciliations as well as robust internal controls.
· Preparation of bi-monthly VAT returns
· Assistance in preparation of monthly management accounts.
· Assistance in preparation of year-end audit files.
· Preparation of weekly cashflow forecasts.
· Supervising the credit control function.
· Adhoc duties
Key Skills
· A proven work ethic.

· A strong academic background.
· Microsoft Excel skills required.
· Energetic with excellent communication and organisational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €30,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
