The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or experienced Chef de Partie in a busy food-led venue.

Strong experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.

A genuine passion for food, quality, and consistency.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to support and develop a kitchen team.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

A good understanding of HACCP, food safety, and kitchen standards.

A hands-on approach and strong work ethic.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

A positive attitude and pride in delivering excellent food for every guest.
