Intern –
Organisational Development Team

The EMEA Oracle Digital (OD) Organisational Development
(OrgDev) Team is responsible for managing strategic improvement initiatives
within Oracle Digital EMEA, supporting employees to reach their full potential
professionally and personally by providing a transformational culture that
ensures employees feel valued and engaged.

This role will help support and
coordinate special organisational performance improvement programmes including the University Visit Programme, the
Oracle Digital Internal Communication Platform)
that are uniquely delivered across Oracle Digital EMEA, helping us in
future-proofing our organisation.

KEY TASKS

Managing the logistics for meetings, internal
events including organising catering, room bookings, liaising with suppliers
& facilities & being on-site at events when required.

Raising purchase orders via the procurement
system, keep track of budgets & liaising with suppliers on invoicing &
payment.

Co-ordinating the logistics for project work
including managing a central storage system for ongoing work.

Supplier management – setting up new suppliers
in the system & liaising with current suppliers for different events &
projects.

Ensuring
the internal communications platform is up to date by posting articles,
updating the homepage feature banner, ensuring consistency across the platform.

Communicating
with EMEA Site Leaders to persuade them to use the platform.

Reviewing
and publishing articles on Site Leaders / Journalists behalf

Send
bi-weekly statistics to Oracle Digital Site Leaders.

Understanding the different stakeholders within
Oracle & working with them when required.

Supporting the Organisational Development team
in planning, promoting & executing various events (including administrative
and logistics support).

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in a dynamic fast paced
commercial organisation

Relevant third level education qualification
(with possible specialism in Business, Project Management, Operations, etc.)

Experience of working with a variety of multiple
stakeholders and being able to balance their requests and build rapport across
all levels within the organisation

Experience in gathering and assessing data,
advantageous

Experienced skill set in Microsoft Office

Excellent verbal and written communication
skills
