We are looking for a friendly, professional OTC assistant to join our Pharmacy team in Tuam, Co. Galway.
Key roles & responsibilities:
- Serve customers in a friendly, professional manner. Communicating clearly to ensure the customer gets exactly what they are looking for and is happy with the service.
- Answer phone calls and take OTC and dispensary orders with care and accuracy.
- Communicate with the Pharmacist and dispensary team so queries are processed in a timely manner.
- Assist the dispensary team with putting away orders and other tasks as requested by the Pharmacist.
- Keep up to date with new products/stock availability to ensure our customers always get the most accurate advice.
- Devise and process OTC orders to ensure stock availability, accurate pricing and variety in store.
- Uphold merchandising standards to keep the store looking fresh and attractive.
Previous experience in Pharmacy is an advantage but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
