Embrace is an Irish, family-owned provider of support services for people with intellectual disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder and acquired brain injuries.

We provide residential support services for adults and children with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder and acquired brain injuries.
The role of the Team Leader is essential to ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality strengths-based service that focuses on our residents’ core interests and encourages their development of new skills.

Your profile:
- Hold a QQI/Fetac level 5 qualification in healthcare with at least 1 year's experience in disability services OR
- Hold a Nursing Degree (be registered in the relevant division of the live register of nurses, maintained by the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Experience in overseeing the supervision of staff would be highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Full manual driving licence

You are also responsible for providing your team with guidance and support and ensuring that they deliver on our promise of a strengths-based approach with our residents.
