Wash dirty dishes, utensils, pots & pans and other cooking equipment. Take out bins ensure that kitchens and floors are clean and orderly. Ensure Bin store is kept clean tidy. Make sure coldroom, fridges and freezer are clean. Keep floors clean and free from hazards. Maintain cleaning schedules and checklists
