We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing construction team based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work on a range of residential, commercial, and civil projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Manage project costs and ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Assess subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor project progress, variations, and valuations.
- Prepare interim payments, final accounts, and cost reports.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and site teams.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction.
- Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
- Full driving licence preferred.
