We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time Bartender to join our friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy hotel bar environment, takes pride in providing excellent customer service and has a genuine passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing friendly, professional and efficient service to all guests.
- Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails.
- Taking orders and ensuring they are served accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented bar area.
- Handling cash and card payments accurately.
- Ensuring all responsible service of alcohol procedures are followed.
- Restocking and maintaining bar supplies and equipment.
- Working closely with colleagues across the hotel to ensure excellent guest service.
- Dealing with guest requests and queries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Following all hotel health, safety and hygiene procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous bar experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A friendly, positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- A genuine interest in hospitality and creating a great experience for guests.
