The Butcher Grill is an award-winning premium steakhouse in the heart of Ranelagh, Dublin 6, renowned for serving the finest Irish beef, an exceptional wine list and delivering warm, professional hospitality. As part of the ALL AT ONE TABLE Restaurant Group, we pride ourselves on creating memorable dining experiences through outstanding food, knowledgeable service and genuine hospitality.
We are currently looking for an experienced Server to join our Front of House team.
We are seeking someone with previous experience in Dublin's hospitality industry, ideally within fine casual dining, who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Server in Dublin's restaurant industry.
- Previous experience in fine casual dining or premium hospitality.
- Excellent food and wine knowledge.
- Passion for hospitality and outstanding customer service.
- Professional appearance and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
- Fluent English and full flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Your responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional dining experience from arrival through to departure.
- Confidently explain the menu, daily specials and wine recommendations.
- Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth service.
- Build genuine relationships with guests and exceed their expectations.
