As a Graduate Estimator, you will be part of our 24-month development programme, gaining hands-on experience in the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates for a range of projects.
Working alongside experienced estimators and commercial teams, you will develop an understanding of pricing, tendering, and project evaluation, playing a key role in supporting the successful acquisition of new work.

Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions

Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation

Support the measurement and quantification of materials and labour

Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations

Contribute to the preparation of bills of quantities and pricing schedules

Assist in identifying project risks and opportunities during the tender stage

Maintain accurate records of estimates and supporting documentation

Work collaboratively with design, commercial, and project teams

A motivated individual with a strong interest in cost planning and construction projects

Strong numerical, analytical, and attention to detail skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
