Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Role:
As an Assistant Venue Manager, you will be a crucial part of the Senior Management Team, ensuring the smooth running of operations while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will be given full training and support to develop your leadership and business management skills & assist the Venue Manager with day to day business
Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Championing superior customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
- Leading by example and inspiring your team to uphold our brand values.
Driving the Business
- Motivating and coaching the team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Working closely with your Venue Manager to drive business performance.
Operations
- Delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all aspects of the business.
- Managing daily operations, including machinery, stock, cash, security, and staff.
People Management
- To coach and develop a highly motivated and target-driven team
- Overseeing staff scheduling, holiday approvals, absenteeism, and performance management.

- Flexible working hours
- 8hrs per day, 5 days per week. Example: 3pm-11pm x 3 & 11am-7pm x 2
