Join our team at a busy and growing tyres & alloy wheels garage and online shop.
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to manage the day-to-day handling of our sales, eCommerce and tyres & alloys orders. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who enjoys staying organised and working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, social media & website in a timely and efficient manner
- Implementing a stock control and inventory management system
- Assisting with online orders from placement through to dispatch
- Picking and packing online orders with accuracy and care
- Processing and dispatching eCommerce orders in a timely manner
- Receiving, checking in, and organising incoming stock
- Supporting general retail duties on the garage floor when required while providing excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficient in the use of Excel and other Microsoft apps
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with an existing professional team and work on own initiative
- A team player with a positive attitude and customer orientated approach
- Previous experience in sales administration is essential
- Interest in the auto industry is a bonus
Competitive salary for the right candidate based on sales & experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €14.15 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
