Minimum two years of specialty coffee required. Proven ability to dial in and taste coffee. You need to both work closely within a team, in a fast paced environment, on a weekday shift, and to be comfortable running the bar independently at the weekend, when it is more relaxed.
Latte Art skills, cash up experience, and fluent English required. We are a small operation, and require our team to work with our kitchen crew, so help with food prep, and cleaning in the kitchen is a requirement, as well as cleaning of the bar, general cleaning, and serving food to the customers.
