Atlantic Healthcare Alliance is reshaping primary care in Ireland — building a network of community-based GP practices focused on prevention, early detection, and chronic disease management. We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead a GP practice in South Dublin and become a key figure in delivering outstanding patient-centred care.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not a conventional practice administration role. As Practice Manager, you will own the full operational performance of the GP practice — removing friction for clinical teams, driving programme delivery, and building a culture of excellence across every patient touchpoint.
You will work closely with your administration team, GPs, nurses, and the Regional/Area Team to ensure the practice is organised, responsive, and positioned to grow. Atlantic combines the community focus of general practice with the scale, infrastructure, and ambition of a modern healthcare platform — and this role sits at the centre of that mission.
