The Role:
JMK Group and the Waterford Marina Hotel has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate F&B Assistant to join our team. The F&B Assistant is responsible The Food & Beverage Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel’s F&B operations, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring high standards of quality, guest satisfaction, and revenue optimization are consistently maintained.
Main Duties:
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests.
- Anticipate guest needs to enhance satisfaction and exceed expectations.
- Handle guest inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure 100% guest satisfaction by implementing best service practices.
- Report guest feedback to the supervisor/manager and act on improvement areas.
- Uphold the hotel’s mission and quality objectives in all activities.
- Ensure all departmental SOPs are followed to maintain service consistency.
- Complete departmental checklists and report to the supervisor.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a similar F&B position is required.
