We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our culinary team. You will play a crucial role in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes in our kitchen. This position is currently for 6 months but long term option may be available for the right candidate. Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, team leading and food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
