We're looking for a confident and ambitious Business Development Manager who enjoys meeting business owners, building relationships and winning new business.

About the Role
This is an active field sales role.
You'll spend most of your working week visiting local businesses across Dublin, introducing BazHub's platform and developing long-term partnerships.
No two days are the same.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out meeting customers rather than sitting behind a desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Cold call and prospect independent retailers.
- Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings.
- Present BazHub's products and services.
- Build trusted relationships with business owners.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
- Manage your own sales pipeline using CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in Business Development, Field Sales or B2B Sales.
- Experience with cold calling and new business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- A self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
A full clean driving licence is required.
Access to your own vehicle would be an advantage.
Experience selling to SMEs, independent retailers, hospitality or local businesses would be highly desirable.
