We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Van Driver / Rigid Truck Driver / General Operative to join our expanding team based in Nenagh.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and wants to be part of a supportive team environment. Importantly, you'll be home every evening, with no overnight stays required.
About the Role
As part of our operations team, you will carry out collection and delivery services across Ireland while ensuring the secure handling of confidential materials. In addition to driving duties, you will assist with processing operations, warehouse activities, and general operational tasks.
You will work independently throughout the day while receiving full support from management and colleagues.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, typically 7:00am – 4:00pm.
Additional weekend work may be available for those who wish to increase their earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out nationwide collections and deliveries in accordance with company security and safety procedures.
- Safely operate company vans and rigid trucks.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times.
- Obtain customer signatures and complete service documentation accurately.
- Communicate customer feedback and service information to management.
- Assist with route planning and daily operational requirements.
- Load, unload, and securely transport confidential materials.
- Process materials at our secure facility.
- Deliver and collect storage receptacles and equipment.
- Conduct site assessments when required.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Complete destruction, scanning, recording, cleaning, and maintenance duties.
- Assist colleagues and support all operational areas of the business as required.
What We're Looking For
- Full clean driving licence.

- Good physical fitness and willingness to undertake manual handling duties.

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in a General Operative or Manual Labour role.
- Multi-drop driving experience.
- Customer-facing driving experience.
- Experience driving rigid trucks (advantageous but not essential).
