About Us
Revive Retail Ltd is a growing Irish furniture retail business committed to delivering quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for an experienced, organised and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure stock is managed efficiently while supporting excellent customer service.
The Role
As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of our warehouse, ensuring stock is received, stored, and dispatched efficiently. You will lead and motivate the warehouse team, maintain accurate inventory, uphold health and safety standards, and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of the warehouse.
- Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team.
- Plan workloads and allocate tasks to maximise efficiency.
- Ensure goods are received, checked, stored, and dispatched accurately.
- Maintain accurate stock records and carry out regular stock counts.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate customer deliveries and collections.
- Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and operated safely.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation.
- Work closely with the purchasing, sales, and delivery teams.
- Monitor team performance and promote a positive working environment.
- Be available to work Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
- Experience with inventory and stock management systems.
- Good IT and administrative skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
