Broadline Group is currently recruiting for an ambitious and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing healthcare division based in Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships with both healthcare professionals and clients across the sector.
This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities

Recruit and place healthcare staff across temporary and permanent roles

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and candidates

Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals non clinical

Coordinate candidate compliance, onboarding, and placements

Manage bookings, availability, and recruitment pipelines

Develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector

Maintain accurate records and activity through internal CRM systems
Requirements
-
Previous recruitment, healthcare, or customer-facing experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work in a busy and target-driven environment

Organised, proactive, and professional approach

Strong attention to detail, particularly around compliance

Full training will be provided
