Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with career opportunities.
Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Prepare and extend job offers and negotiate employment terms when required.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online recruiting platforms.
