Maxol Spawell is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and food offerings and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve high quality food. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including the coffee machine and surrounding areas
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
* Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
* Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
* 1 year of experience working in a Barista.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays
* Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and menu items is an advantage
Desired Qualifications:
* Experience working in a retail or hospitality environment
* Basic knowledge of coffee roasting and brewing methods
