What the role is:
-
Carry out all treatments and services to the required and expected standard
-
To advise clients and guests on skincare and upsell products where possible
-
Maintain a high level of knowledge, keeping up to date with new trends within the industry
-
To complete all consultations in a professional manner
-
Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation and professional advice offered to customers using the facilities
-
Contribute to the general operation of the Spa through ideas and support
Provide an expert level of Guest service at all times
-
What We're Looking For
A qualification in: ITEC, CIDESCO or QQI level 5 Holistic Massage / Beauty Therapy or equivalent.

Outstanding attention to detail and effective communication

Ability to follow verbal directions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks

Outgoing and friendly personality

Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel and The Spa standards

Positive attitude and teamwork skills
This role is variable hours and part time. Depending on your appointments and the level of business your roster will change weekly and you will be required to work some late evenings, Saturdays and Sundays.
Our interviews are in person and you may be asked to do a 15 minute trial to showcase your skills
