We are currently seeking an experienced Food & beverage assistant to join the team at Danny Mac's Café Bar. The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced bar and restaurant environment while maintaining high service standards.

The Role:
- Ensure a good working knowledge of food and drink. Be able to make recommendations.
- Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
- Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
Key Requirements:
- Previous bar and restaurant service experience (essential)
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
