Shoreline Hotel is seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our growing kitchen team in our stunning beachfront hotel in Donabate, North Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse and fast-paced kitchen, supporting the Head Chef across a busy all-day dining brasserie, our popular weekend brunch offering, weddings, conferences, banqueting, and private events. With spectacular coastal views and a reputation for warm hospitality, Shoreline Hotel offers a rewarding environment where no two days are the same.
As Sous Chef, you will assist in leading the kitchen team, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and HACCP compliance. You will support menu planning and development, oversee stock control and ordering, minimise waste, and help train and motivate junior chefs to deliver consistently excellent food and service.

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to progress.

Experience in a busy hotel, restaurant, or high-volume kitchen.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.

Passion for fresh, seasonal food and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
