We are currently recruiting Cleaning Operatives to join our team in Limerick
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 15:00
Main duties and responsibilities:

Undertake general cleaning of all areas of the building, including offices, floors, corridors, stairwells, and toilets
- Vacuuming, dusting, and washing floors and walls, sweeping, floor polishing, and waste disposal
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings. and polish floors
- Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- Ensuring the toilet facilities are kept clean, and supplies are replenished when required
- Organise necessary supplies for cleaning toilet facilities
- Clean and disinfect public areas such as changing rooms, showers, and elevators
- Disinfect operating rooms and other hospital areas.
- General housekeeping and cleaning around the building, and litter control.

Working at heights. and cleaning of windows, gutters, and the roof.
- Working with machinery, such as boom and or scissor lifts, MEWP.

Inform the Supervisor/Manager of the stock required for replenishing purposes.

Report and store lost and found items.
- May provide basic information on facilities.

Promoting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Undertake other routine tasks such as power hosing the forecourt and dealing with recycling.
- Undertake any other duties as requested.
Qualifications and Experience:

Able to work autonomously but also to be able to work as part of a team

Able to manage own time effectively
- Able to take instructions and direction and complete tasks to the highest standard
- Knowledge of Principles of Chemical Safety
- A good working knowledge of English, a knowledge and willingness to apply safe working practices
- A knowledge of how to use the equipment necessary to carry out the assigned tasks, and a manual handling certificate or be willing to complete
