Situated at the corner of Cross Street and Middle Street, The Dáil Bar is perfectly located in the vibrant Latin Quarter, where both locals and tourists alike socialise.
We are recruiting a Chef de Partie to cover all sections of the kitchen.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes with consistency and care.
- Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create new menu items and develop exciting seasonal dishes.
- Preparing meat, fish, and fresh ingredients to the highest standards.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and assisting with health and safety procedures.
- Monitoring portion control and minimising waste while maintaining quality.
- Supporting your teammates to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen service.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- A good working knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.
- Passion for producing high-quality food with excellent presentation.
- Good spoken English.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
