Salary: €Fully Negotiable depending on experience
Role & Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for coordinating and delivering all internal and external finishing works.
- Manage subcontractors and finishing trades to meet strict programme and quality targets.
- Drive high standards of workmanship in line with architectural drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and actively contribute to short-term and look-ahead scheduling.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
- Strong background in large-scale housing, duplex, or apartment developments.
- Excellent understanding of premium internal finishes, sequencing, and modern building methods (ICF experience is a plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, and local subcontractor management skills.
- Ability to deliver top-tier quality while maintaining strict programme deadlines.
- Valid Safe Pass and relevant construction credentials.
