CureSpa is a busy and established podiatry clinic in Goatstown. We are looking for one friendly, professional and experienced Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
- Managing appointments, phone calls and emails
- Processing payments and general administration
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception area
- Helping to keep the clinic clean, tidy and well organised
- Supporting the podiatry team as required
Requirements
- Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
- Good level of English and excellent communication skills
- Friendly, professional and organised
- Comfortable working in a busy clinic environment
- 3 full days per week: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
